I once joined the Beat Farmers on stage in Eugene, OR to play kazoo and sing choruses on this one, along with my friends John Fohl and his girlfriend Shelly. We were among the only one’s in the audience drinking as much as Country Dick, so he took a shine to us. Last I heard of John Fohl, he was living in New Orleans and playing guitar for Dr. John.
