We spent Saturday afternoon on Tom Jackson’s WLUW radio program playing live in the studio and spinning some tracks from the new record. We’ve got the whole show on CD, and it sounds pretty decent. Here’s a little sample, our medley of two Irish fiddle tunes, Angleline the Baker/ Soldier’s Joy.

As a result of winning last evening’s Lincoln Square Idol competition, we will have a slot in the Lincoln Square summer concert series. We’ll be performing on Thursday, August 10th @ 7pm. More details are availble on the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce’s web site.

Our show at the Irish American Heritage Center Saturday (March 11th) is cancelled due to a booking snafu. Although we won’t be there, I would still strongly encourage folks to go to the Center Saturday for their fabulous St. Patrick’s day bash. It runs from noon `til late, and there’s food, music, and booze. However, if you purchased advance tickets and would prefer to get a refund, you can get one through the Irish American Heritage Center or by contacting us.
If you want to see us play our Irish set, come join us on St. Patrick’s day for our show at Cary’s Lounge. We will be returning to the Irish American Heritage Center for a performance soon.
